Good size room but it could have had another chair added as there was only a desk chair. Great location fir the balloon fiesta. Easy to get to and from on road system, but not noisy with traffic. Good breakfast served but too much disposable plastic and cardboard involved. Pool was a good size for a motel. Easy parking. Expensive during balloon fiesta, for what it is, but good value once that event was finished.

Easy drive to the Fiesta Park- on back roads for the Balloon Festival! Nice decor updates and comfortable bed.Fairly quiet on the backside of hotel.

The lady at front desk . I think Lisa. Will always be the reason people come back . She is awesome. And we love the rooms and locations. I don't even look at other hotels when we know we coming down.

We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, the friendly staff, and how clean the hotel is. It was good to be welcomed by the staff and very courteous service. We have stayed at other places for a higher rate but found those hotels dirty, mattresses needing to be replaced and staff that were rude the minute we walked in But this was a very pleasant and clean experience we enjoyed. Hope it stays that way! The yard is well maintained with a beautiful landscape and an outdoor pool that is clean!

The bed was comfortable, the room its self was clean just had a nasty smell of smoke.

Everything else, the bed, was soooo comfortable! The online reviews, were not at all accurate more like complainers, but we're easy to please. Clean, comfy, an has mostly everything.

the property was a convenient location. it was basically quiet and the staff were all helpful with issues that arose or basic requests. the room had nice amenities (mini-fridge, desk, and updated style). I appreciated the fact that it was pet-friendly and I could take my dog to the breakfast room with me.

Very large room. They were able to accommodate my request for a ground floor room although there is a elevator so an upper room would have been ok too. The bed is very comfortable. The room is basic but has been updated with vinyl flooring. I have not had the breakfast yet.

Our front desk help was AMAZING I can’t remember her name but she went more than above and beyond. I spoke on the phone with her a few times she was extremely helpful she also check me in and she was even more amazing. She made everything extremely easy for a crazy family trip.
